Noye: do not skill the destrction staff passive tri focus

General Info

This build the iv done actually puts out some decent dps, its definatly not the best put there but it is very fun to play. This build also offers a metric tun crowd control as it snares and slows everything infront of u to a stand still indefinatly. Fair warning that amount of status effects this build puts out may lag or crash the game when dealing with very large groups of adds.

For champoin points Prioritize elemental expert, elfborn, arcanist, thaumaturge, ironclad, hardy. The rest is up to you.
