General Info

High Elf is recommended, but Argonians can do just as well.

I'd say use Duel Stat foods for Max Health and Magicka, but more people do Tri-Stat Foods. Up to your preference.

Atronach Stone for Resources, Apprentice for Damage. Either-or.

You'll hit like a truck, but you won't survive many conflicts. Stay a distance, and Nukem.

On the Overload bar;

1- Ball of Lightning

2- Structured Entropy

3- Boundless Storm

4- Elemental Drain

5- Crystal Fragments or Endless Fury

NOTE: THIS BUILD IS ALL THEORY, I'M PRIMARILY A STAMINA TEMPLAR, THIS IS MY FIRST ATTEMPT AT A NEW CLASS.

You do you, whatever feels right. I don't know much about the CP System yet, so whatever you recommend is going to be your best bet.
