Gear and Item Set Info
I use 5 hist bark for dodge chance, some seducer for magicka regen and 3 piece footman for the shield mitigation and block damage. If you can't get hold of these, i highly reccomend whitestrakes, which i might use on my magicka build, since it offers lots of health and mitigation. However, having loads of health is great but if you have no resouces your sol.
Strengths of this build is that is a brick, it takes lots of damage. Weakness is the damage is terrible. But you aren't a dps afterall. For pvp you switch out some of the taunts for damage moves, and reflective plate slotted somewhere. I always start on bar 2 use bone sheild into hardened armour then use absorb magika as this will heal you aswell, then swap to bar 1 and cast igneou sheild run into mobs and cast talons, pull the stragglers in with extended chains, but don't spam talons, you aren't supposed to tank everything. Use ransack or piece armour morph to taunt close range enemies and bosses, use inner fire for ranged taunt. Ultimate on 2nd bar is a spare slot, i will use magma shell for the trickier dungeons and run shooting star if it's easier ones, plus you get extra fire dmage from shooting star, also a great aggro move. Replace a move later down the line for caltrops, when you can.

Spend all into reduced magicka and stamina costs, work on unlocking the sheild bash attacks and everything in that tree. block, etc.

Really? This is 90% wrong. As a tank your job is to make sure your healer is unobstructed and your glass cannon DPSers are supported through CC and buffs. Your skills are fine, but your morphs are all wrong. You almost always want to go with skills/morphs that help your teammates; the only caveat to this is Low Slash/Heroic Slash morph in Sword&Board. It will regain your Ultimate at alarming rates allowing you to nearly always be using Magma/Corrosive Armor.
Good skill build but I’d disagree on attributes if you are dk tank (I have an orc) all attributes into health then you want to hit resistance Cap around 32000..after that stam enchants…should get you to 16 k +/- stam…you don’t need stam you don’t need to dodge roll out of MOST aoes and u don’t need to block regular attacks only block heavy ones..replace spike armor with Unstoppable keep it up keep dragon blood up so healer can just keep a HOT on you when not blocking heavy attack to regeneration stam helps to have templar with shards…remember a good tank always D CAPS first which is resistances
