Strong passive AOE acompanied by active AOE. The increased ability cost is offset by the return from Overwhelming Surge. Grothdar is interchangable with Iceheart if you feel you need that extra bit of survivability.
Champion Point Tips
Thaumaturge is a must have for this build, you'll get an extra 25% damage from your over-time effects which inculdes the effects from grothdar, overwhelming surge, lighting flood, unstable wall of elements, and boundless storm. Elemental Expert is also a good passive to put points into, but depends on your build preferences.
