Gear and Item Set Info
The build uses a mix of light and heavy armor. More light for the bonuses to magicka and spell damage. The heavy is more to add a touch more survivability when switching to melee mode.
Weapon choices are any 2H weapon, (personally I prefer to use greatswords) and a Lightning Destruction staff. The idea is to have a mage type character that can also handle itself in a melee situation.
For the Energy Overload, can use a similar action bar to the Destruction Staff bar, just replace Destructive Clench with Crystal Fragments and Elemental Blockade with ether Boundless Storm or Lightning Flood depending on which you prefer.
General Info
This is a build I set up for a friend of mine who's looking to start ESO. This is essentially a lighting mage with some melee put in for up close situations. The build also focuses a lot on stuns and AOE abilities.
