General Info
This is only a general outline, hence why the second character slot is left empty. Furthermore an Imperial Race may also work due to the Red Diamond perk. Undaunted passives are a must as well as medium armor to maximize weapon damage. Keep in mind however that this build is outdone by dual-wield DPS simply because Shield and Shield was never designed for DPS.
