General Info

Your first bar is for solo play, second bar is for dungeons/trails. When tanking keep the boss taunt with puncture and block when required ensure you have blazing sheild up as much as possible, if you run low on magicka pop a potion and lay down channelled focus from your front bar. If running low on stamina throw in a few heavy attacks in between. For food use an increase in all three resources these can be bought fairly cheap from a guild store.
