General Info
I wanted to know if it was possible to build an effective heavy armor ice staff tank and it sure is!
Sustained dps with little effort or special procs sits around 15k and it tanks just fine with the right food.
It's a super uncommon proc but infernal Guardian has gone off in responce to my ice staff shield!
The heavy armor gives your fingers a break, less resources needed for shielding and more resistence.
Skill Swaps: if you find yourself in need of a smidgen more damage and have no problems sustaining health, swap out 'breath of life' for 'unstable wall of elements' or some other AoE.
Can be a Vampire
Food: (best results) Clockwork Citrus Fillet
Is it a top tier tank? Probably not but it is a point of difference in anyone's line up of characters and does the job well enough to enjoy for solo and group play, I have enjoyed using it for the last week and when I say enjoy I struggle to use my hands for long periods of time, I found this build very relaxing and sustainable for several hours.
