You want to shoot for Max Magicka Enchants on your Armor, Spell Power Enchants on your Jewelry, and Fire Damage Enchants on your Staffs.

You’ll want Infused Trait on your Head,Chest,and Leg Armor. The Divines Trait on your Shoulder,Hands,Waist,and Feet Armor. Arcane trait on your jewelry. Precise Trait on your Staffs.

Rotation

• Toggle Restoring Twilight and Inner Light.
• ​Apply Structured Entropy to the target.
• ​Cast Liquid Lightning.
• Cast Pulsar.
• Cast Crystal Fragments when it procs.
• Target is above 20% health spam Force Pulse.
• ​Target is 20% health and lower spam Mages Wrath.

​Ultimates

• For AOE and short fights use Ice Comet.
• Use Greater Storm Atronach if the fight will be long enough for you to get the full use out of it.

The Mundus Stone is The Apprentice.
My stat points are 50 Magicka, 10 Health, 2 Stamina.
