Gear and Item Set Info
Armor Sets
5 Pieces of Spinner's Garments: 1 Necklace, 2 Rings, Sash, Shoes.
5 Pieces of Twice-Born Star: Jerkin, Breeches, Gloves, Hat, Staff (Destro and Resto).
1 Piece of any monster set that gives Max Magicka boost.
Armor Set Elaboration
Spinner's is a great set to have and it allows for great DPS with the 5th piece giving us more Spell Penetration. And with the Twice-Born Star set, we are able to utilize two Mundus Stones that will dramatically increase how much DPS we dish out. The Mundus Stones I've gone with are The Mage (for Max Magicka boost) and The Thief (for Critical Strike Chance boost). With the Mage mundus we are increasing our overall DPS output. With our Thief mundus, we are increasing our chances for a Critical Strike; as a Nightblade, our passive increases our Crit damage by 10% + the CP you add to your Crit Strike Damage passive. The one monster piece will just add to our Max Magicka resources.
I'm still testing and making modifications to this build. If you want more information, feel free to contact me via PSN @ King_Duncan_VII
General Info
This build plays like a Sorcerer in some regards. You want to be at a medium distance from your target and dish out as much DPS as you possibly can. I also go over some alternatives to adapt to different scenarios you may find yourself in.
Boss Rotation:
Siphoning Strikes > Merciless Resolves > Degeneration > Twisting Path > Elemental Blockade > Debilitate > Force Pulse with Light Attack Weave (Spam 'til DoTs end)
When the DoTs run out (and you'll get to feel the rhythm for when they do), restart the rotation from the Twisting Path point. Once they're gone again, restart the entire rotation: refreshing your buffs, laying out your dots, and Light Attack Weaving with your Force Pulse.
When the boss is in execute range, your rotation will look like this:
Siphoning Strikes > Merciless Resolves > Degeneration > Twisting Path > Elemental Blockade > Impale (Spam 'til DoTs end)
This works similar to the initial rotation. Buff up, lay down DoTs, spam your execute, DoTs end, lay down DoTs again, spam your execute, DoTs end (for the 2nd time), Buff Up, Lay down DoTs, spam your execute, and so on until the boss is dead. This goes without saying, whenever you have your Shoot Star ready, drop it on the boss.
Pop Healing Ward during your "oh sh*t, I'm about to die" moments.
Mob Rotation:
Siphoning Strikes > Degeneration > Twisting Path > Elemental Blockade > Force Pulse with Light Attack Weave
No need to go all out on normal sized mobs. They're a piece of cake. As long as you follow this short rotation, you should have no problem whatsoever. No need to drop your Ult unless you are feeling slightly cold-hearted that day.
Pop Healing Ward during your "oh sh*t, I'm about to die" moments.
Massive Mob Rotation:
Whenever you're pulling massive mobs (probably for XP farming), I advise making some small changes to your ability bars and following this rotation:
Siphoning Attacks > Merciless Resolve > Degeneration > Proximity Detonation > Twisting Path, Elemental Blockade > Vulcanic Rune
Notice we're not doing any Force Pulse light attack weaving. Well, when we're aggro'ing 30+ enemies it's kind of pointless. This rotation is all about massive AoE output. So we have 3 AoE DoTs and 2 Burst AoEs that we'll let kill off the mob until our Ult is generated.
These abilities you'll need to swap: Impale > Proxy Det, Debilitate > Vulcanic Rune, and Force Pulse > Dampen Magic
The most beautifully amazing thing about this build is that we have Shooting Star AND we are a Nightblade with access to Soul Harvest. In other words, we are Ultimate Generating GODS! Not to mention we get 20 Ultimate for drinking potions. I found myself dropping my Shooting Star quicker than my active abilities - that's how fast my Ultimate regenerates. You get 10 Ult for every kill while Soul Harvest is slotted, 20 Ult for drinking potions, 9 Ult for every Undead/Daedra/Werewolf you kill, and 10 Ult for each enemy hit with the Shooting Star when it drops.
Note: You want to keep your Dampen Magic shield up at all times as you will die very fast if it goes down - you're pulling a ton of enemies. If you need some healing, turn to your other shield: Healing Ward.
Champion Point Tips
Warrior

Split rest into Elemental Defender and Hardy (Damage Reduction)
Thief
100 CP into Magician (Magicka Cost Reduction)
10% worth of CP into Tumbling (Stamina Cost Reduction for Dodge Rolling/Breaking Free)
Rest into Tenacity (Amount of Magicka Restore from Heavy Attacks)

10% worth of CP into Elfborn (Critical Spell Damage increase)

If you need more resource sustain, slot Elemental Drain (from Destruction Staff skill line) in place for Impale on your Resto bar and swap Debilitate with Impale on your Destro bar.
