Gear and Item Set Info

5 Storm Master Set (3 Jewellery and 2 weapons)

5 Clever Alchemist Heavy

Illambris Monster set 1 heavy and 1 medium.

Weapons should be Infused or Charged with best Shock Glyphs available.

Armor should be a mix of Inpen and Divines. Enchant some of your Jewellery with stamina and majicka regen.

*Your Weapons should consist of Maces to help with Penetration which this build lacks. Although Swords will boost spell and weapon damage and Daggers will boost Crit. For PVP I highly recommend 2 Maces or 1 Mace and 1 Dagger.

General Info

* Very Important - Make sure you are a fully levelled Alchemist to make the most of this build.

You will be using Heavy Attacks a lot to mix in with your abilities. The idea is to maximise the potential for a Hybrid build character. Clever Alchemist will boost both spell and weapon damage and this will work in tandem with Igneous Weapons and Flames of Oblivion. The Storm Master set is for your light attacks which should be weaved in to your abilities. You will be dealing both shock and flame damage to your opponents so you eill have a chance to proc Illambris more often as the cooldown affects the elemental showers seperately. This means if you proc a flame shower, only the flame shower will be on cooldown. Meaning their is a chance to have 2 showers falling at the same time. Since you are weaving light attacks buffed with shock damage along with flame abilities this will happen often. You can self heal with Blood Craze, Vigor, Burning Embers and Dragon Blood. Shielded Assault is to close distance and give you a small shield. Spell wall is great for fighting mages. Your sword and board bar is your defensive heal and buff up bar. The main damage comes from you Dual Wield Bar. Activate Flames of Oblivion, and open up with a hit with Blood Craze and Burning Embers and then weave in light attacks with your Flame Whip you should use Talons and for the bonus to your whip and heavy attacks to proc the light attack shock damage. Heavy Armor will boost all the heal abilities.

Alternate sets: Troll King, Grothdar, Red Mountain, Way of Fire, Way of Air. (Clever Alchemist should not be changed).

Alternate Skills: Empowering Chains, Obsidian Shard, Fossilize, Eruption, Volcanic Rune.

Alternate Ults: Rend, Ferocious Leap, Corrosive Armor.

An entirely different possible build is to go Sorcerer and equip Lightning based skills and switch out Shock Master for Red Mountain set. However you won't be able to boost both weapon and spell damage/crit at the same time.

Champion Point Tips

You will need to boost both Spell and Weapon damage so your CP investment will need to be spread about a bit. This may at first seem a handicap but remember you gain diminishing returns on CP investment the higher you invest in one area. Spreading out will maximise your CP investment for a Hybrid build.

Warrior Investment: Hardy, Elemental Defender, Spell Shiel, Resistant.

Thief Investment: Mooncalf, Arcanist, Magician, Warlord, Tenacity, Melee Weapon Expert.

Mage Investment: Mighty, Piercing, Precise Strikes, Spell Erosion, Elfborn, Elemental Expert, Blessed.

As you can see there is a lot to invest in. Put a decent amount into recovery especially Magicka as you will be using those skills more often. Tenacity will help you restore a lot from heavy attacks. Also Melee Weapon Expert will increase the damage of Light and Heavy Attacks which you will be using a lot of. Blessed will boost all your heal skills.

Points for effort. You have made a semi-viable build. I see what you’re trying to do with the Storm Master set. Although I would argue that Thunderbug or Storm Knight might be more viable. Reason being is that you only have one stamina damage ability on your second bar. You could try switch Dual-Wield for 2 Handed and switch Blood Craze, Flame Lash for Executioner and Dizzying Strike. Also this could work with your armor setup as you can proc the Storm Master bonus on the first bar and then switch to your 2 Handed bar. The light attack shock bonus should remain active. Weave in you light attacks with Executioner and Dizzying Strike while keeping the fire DOTs with Burning Embers and Talons.
Not bad build but I see room for improvement.
