Gear and Item Set Info

4 and 4 for the armor/jewelery with all spell dmg glyphs don't matter you will be bar swapping to proc both sets of lich and burning spell weave. 1 burning spell weave flame staff on front bar and 1 lich destro on back bar, you get to 33% magic you swap to back bar and let lich proc, then pop a pot and dark deal once or twice and your at full magic.

General Info

I'm really surprised I didn't see this build on here, your best bet is to run pirate skeleton monster helm and shoulder on pvp with all impen, swap gear sets to divine and infused and run I'll illambris helm and shoulder in pve. And run elemental blockade,  liquid lightening, and curse on back bar. And swap out one of your shields for pulsar on your front bar.

Champion Point Tips

Just basic sorc champ points, nothing special, aim for at least 20k with x2 shields in pvp and a single 20k shield in pve.
