Dizzying swing hits like a truck, espescially when your 7th is up. It's not the easiest skill to land but if it does, they are going to feel it when you have 5.5k and around 8k pen. Apply potl, jab jab jab as per the usual. It is best to save your dizzying swing for squishy targets that are not smart ebough to avoid getting hit, or for when a real player is recovering from a previous burst. If you catch someone at half health with a dizzy, its over. Simple.
Speed pots are a must, this build is very tanky so you should be able to survive and sustain through damage long enough to activate your speed if it is on cooldown. Heavy attack weaving is crucial, this build lacks great stam sustain. If you want to throw on repentance, you can either sacrfice Power of the light, or your execute, both will hurt to drop, but repentance is also very useful.
If you want to duel on this build simply change absorb magicka to heroic slash and boom, pretty amazing dueling build.
