General Info

PVP: This build is for groups of 5, can be for bigger or smaller groups, it's just most effective with 5 of you.
You will need to be alert at all times of your enemies health (Executioner), communicate with your team as you give them a higher DPS (Razor Caltrops, Retreating Maneuver, Aggressive Horn) and are essentially their get away vehicle (Retreating Maneuver). You will also be looking out for NB, using Razor Caltrops and Bombard when you suspect them of being nearby, this will reveal them and also reduce their movement speed so that you and your group can move in for the kills.
If you and your team are dealing with another team that has a tank then the way to go about it is to target the tank, Igneous Shield, Rally, Crit Rush, Fossilize, Dizzying Swing, if needed a few heavy attacks, then finish with Executioner.

PVE: When going around as a group in dungeons, you will want to do an Assault skill every 15 seconds or so, increasing your groups damage. Other than that you should just have Igneous Shield or Rally or both going depending on whether you've been given the task of range, tank or whether you've been asked to pick off the stragglers.

Could I use this build for solo playing and going all Heavy? Or should I stay out of that?

Yes you could do, if you did go all heavy I would advise going 5 Piece Black Rose instead of the 5 Medium, however, if you haven’t got Tel Var Stones or haven’t got the Imperial City DLC then I would advise going for Death’s Wind if you haven’t got a good crafting character or someone willing to make you higher armours, if you do however I would most definitely go for Orgnum’s Scales, this armour has helped me out on so many occasions when doing solo work. I would also get Corrosive Armour as your ultimate on the second bar so that the enemy’s physical resistance is ignored and your damage taken is limited to 3% of your health (so make sure you do this when you have a lot of health).

Thank you. Another question: is there any good replacement for Assault skills at second bar or should I focus getting them. I don’t like PvP that much so it would be quite hard to get them.
        Thanks in advance.

I would definitely go for Rapid Maneuver as you only need to enter Cyrodiil and do the starting quests, they don’t even bring you into PVP (unless the gates of your alliance have been opened). As I said earlier you would swap Aggressive Horn with Corrosive Armour and to replace Razor Caltrops I would probably go with Molten Armaments.

Only thing is Night Mothers Gaze doesn’t have jewelry that I know of unless I’m mistaken.
