General Info

This build is all about AoE snares and proc-ing Winterborn as often as possible. Winterborn is essentially an ice Valkyn Skoria without a cooldown, and with you laying down wall of elements, force pulse, winters revenge, and weaopn glyph (and permafrost when you use alt) the winterborn set is almost constantly proc-ing.

If you dont feel the need for shimmering shield, put inner-light on for more mag and crit.

Run longfin melo pasty for that fat tri-stat. With blue betty and trash pots, you won't have a magicka problem.
