General Info
Vampire, when health drops below 50% take 33% less damage. Bone shield and bastion from undaunted for 35k damage shield.

PvE build. Not for PvP. Tested it today and nope. Great for taking down world bosses.
Is this build good for raids
For the Armor can I use the nobal conquest and redistribution set based in Cyrodil until I get the green packed or do u recommend different sets just until I get he greenpact and stuff
