It’s a very good question. I have it on my bar and it does not work while having the D. Staff equipped. Is this being used just a “while slotted” skill, and not casting it at all?
You have inner light slotted on both bars. You don’t need spell crit potions. You can craft cheaper potions for just spell power and recovery; lady’s smock and corn flower.
