Sorry but you can’t call a Sorc build unless you have Dampen Magic Shield on your back bar as well. HW only protects from phys DMG, you need a element shield on your bar always. Specially in PVE.
Harness Magicka is better in my opinion. Protects you from Magic Damage and gives you some Magica back.
