General Info
This build has good burst and 42k shield (21k in pvp) but you can get caught offguard by things like dk's reflect.

My build is nearly the same but I’m running 5 julianos 4 magnus 3 willpower dw using trapping webs as the spam spell which deals nearly the same damage as force pulse and snares them which is nice but one other thing that I have different is I use power surge over structured entropy.
