Gear and Item Set Info

PVE:

5 Twice-Born Star (on body with thief and shadow Mundy's stones)

5 Julianos (2 on body and weapons)

3 Willpower (necklace and rings)

PVP

5 Clever Alchemist (4 on body and restoration staff)

5 Julianos (3 on body and duel swords)

3 Willpower (necklace and rings)

General Info

For PVE this would be a high crit chance, high crit damage build due to passives and two Mundy's stones.

For PVP you would drink a potion on resto bar for extra spell damage due to clever alchemist set, then switch to duel swords for dos as Julianos will give you even more spell damage.

You could also use Vicous Death set instead of Julianos for massive AOE along but with Proximity Detonation.

Champion Point Tips

Green Tree:

1. Increase magicka regeneration

2. Reduce magicka cost

3. Reduce cost of dodge rolls and breaking free

Blue tree:

1. Increase magic and elemental damage

2. Increase damage done by crits

Red Tree:

1. Reduce incoming magic and elemental damage

2. Reduce incoming physical damage

3. Increase healing recieved

Number of points into these passives will vary for race and whether you are a vampire or werewolf so I've highlighted the important ones instead of number of points invested into them.
