5 piece hundings rage.  3 piece(including weapon) Ashen Grip. Leki's Focus Jewelry as much as you can get

5 piece HR(no real substitute, anybody should be able to access this)

3 piece AG 

3 piece LF jewels

General Info

Generally run with bi stat for magica and stamina regen. Stamina regen is the key though. Haven't tried vamp or WW so if you try them that will be your build. 

Champion Point Tips

split green champ points between Warlord and Mooncalf. split red champ points between Hardy and Elemental Defender. split blue between Thaumaturge and Mighty favoring Thaumaturge.
