Gear and Item Set Info
Okay So My Build Is Just A Test. I Really Have NO Idea How Good It Is Till Its Fully Tested. But This Is How Im Guessing I Will Run It. 5 Light Julianos. Or ( 2 Heavy Infused/ 1 Medium 1 Heavy For Undaunted ) And Necropotence For Extra Magicka Buff. 43k Magicka More If You Upgrade And Use Glyphs. But My Necro Is Just 3 Jewelry With 1 Magicka Recovery Glyph And 2 Spell Damage. And Legs And Chest In Infused. Also ShackleBreaker Sword And Shield And 1 Inferno Staff. Inferno Staff Oblivion Damage Glyph And Sharpened And Shackle, Sword is Precise With Oblivion Damage And Shield As Max Magicka Glyph.
ALSO. Give A Resto Staff A Try With Budding Seeds, Lotus Blossum, Blue Betty, Falcon Swiftness, And Finally Steadfast Ward. On Back Bar. Kinda Works Well If You Have Good Rotation.
General Info
So You Need To Get Either 2 Pieces Heavy For Pvp Main Parts Legs/Chest. Its Got Good Self Heals And Buffs. But If You Clearly Want To Do More Damage You Need To Switch A Few Skills For The Self Heals Or Shields. The Ultimate Can Be Changed. To Wild Gaurdian But Thats Up To You. I Use Blue Food Because I Personally Think Its Better Than Purp.
Make Sure You Buff Up Before Fighting. Lotus Blossum + Blue Betty + Falcons Swiftness. Then You Will Rotate To Front Bar And Use Attacks. Watch Buff Bar To Rotate Back And Buff up.
