Gear and Item Set Info
Set 1: Shacklebreaker - Ice staff backbar, Inferno staff front bar, heavy chest/legs, light boots.
- Ice staff gives us some extra resists and is also our CC.
- You could also run 1 piece monster, another Shackle body and Asylum staff
Set 2: Sload's Semblance (new 6 trait crafted set) - 3 x Jewelry either Arcane or Triune, hands and waist.
- This set is so good because you cannot cleanse its proc damage and as of now there is no real cooldown.
Monster: Your choice but I personally like either Ice Heart or Pirate Skeleton because we are not running a resto staff and need the extra protection. You can run a resto if you want on back bar along with Absorb Magicka and Healing ward if you want to triple stack shields but that gets expensive.
All magicka glyphs or tri on body as you see fit, increase spell damage or reduce cost on jewelry.
Berzerker glyph on Infused Ice staff, Shock or Oblivion glyph on Nirnhoned or Sharpened Inferno staff.
General Info
Potions: whatever you want but recommend either trash magicka, spell crit or immovables.
Poisons: I generally don't run them or run trash poison dot.
Mundus: Warrior or Lover
Vamp or no vamp is up to you. All my chars are vamps and I stay stage 4 unless in Malestrom or City of Ash 2.
Food: Blue bi-stat, Witchmother's or Clockwork Citrus Filet depending on your glyphs and HP.
Fight combo: Buffs and sheild, LA, Curse, Destructive Reach, Frag, Comet if it's up, BAR SWAP, Mage's Wrath, spam LA Crushing shock and Mage's Wrath to finish them off. This is obviously in a perfect world. Re-apply buffs and repeat. Streak to stun long enough to either finish off an opponent or to kite or LOS. I will sometimes run Barrier for an extra sheild in crappy situations which will buy you some time to recover.

Sorry, but rubbish build. You have Daedric Curse with no pets. Non pet curse is Haunting. Flawless Dawnbreaker is a stamina ultimate and adds wpn damage. Mages use spell damage, not weapon. Power Surge adds spell damage, Crit Surge is weapon damage but better heals
