You would want to take as much magicka and magicka recovery as you can get.

General Info

This build can go on it's own or run with a group. It's very effective for large groups and staying alive on your own. Be carefull with big bosses and keep your distance from large damage dealers.

The way of the build is to use Harness Magicka when running into enemies, then switch bars and go down the skills to put some area effects and buffs on, after that switch back to the first bar and go down those skills. After that you can make some single attacks (on different enemies) and refresh some of the area skills, remembering to keep up Harness Magicka if there is a lot damage coming your way. In the mean time remember to let your magicka regenerate and heal yourself if necesary. After 20 seconds start over.

You could add in Impale somewhere, but that is up to your preference.
