I created this build due to the lack of Tank Builds that are viable for Solo Overworld/Public Dungeon PVE. As they all use double S&B, which results is laughably low DPS output. This Build aims to fix that by creating an effective tank, with viable DPS output for Solo Overland and Public Dungeon zones
