PVE build – i was able to solo most of the normal dungeons (except those with weird boss procs that you can’t do much about) , biggest achievement so far is soloing shada’s tear

Destruction Staff,  Two Handed

PvE build for dungeons. Burn enemies to a crisp with your flame abilities, then switching to your Two Handed weapons for even more insane damage. Focusing on Spell Damage (Flame Damage), as well as Empowering (increase damage of next attack) and Armor, taking a lot of hits and still keeping that health bar up. lots of magicka aswell.
