Armor Types

Gear and Item Set Info

You can go many different ways with the gear. I use mostly trial and dungeon gear. Some of it is very expensive and hard to get at this time.

2x Axe of the Dreugh King Slayer

2x Dagger of the Dreugh King Slayer

5x Hunding's Rage Armor Pieces

2x Spawn of Mephala

3x Dreugh King Slayer Jewelry Pieces

You will not need to use this set if you plan on using Igneous Weapons or any other skill that gives Major Brutality. This set will not be useful for certain solo bosses who don't spawn adds (such as Lord Warden). The other sets I use are Viper's Sting, Skirmisher's Bite, Roar of the Alkosh, and Morag Tong. Other monster sets you could use are Valkyn Skoria or Molag Kena, but I highly recommend sticking with the Spawn of Mephala. Buff Molten Armaments, heavy attack, Spawn of Mephala will proc for 12,000 poison damage over 10 seconds. 

General Info

You will be up and the line of danger quite often. This is why Dreugh King Slayer will be very helpful. Every time you kill an enemy, you proc Major Expedition. 

Also, when low on resources, buff up with Molten Armaments and heavy attack a strong enemy. This will proc Spawn of Mephala, which deals 1,200 poison damage and snares the energy 50% for 10 seconds. 

Hunding's Rage is just a flat out great DPS set as usual. You can switch this out for Viper's Sting is you want. Viper's Sting procs 7,000 poison damage every 4 seconds you hit an enemy with a melee attack.

Champion Point Tips

I am not a maxed out build yet, however, when I am maxed out these are the points I will be using.

WARRIOR

The Steed:

15 Points = Medium Armor Focus

15 Points = Spell Shield

The Lady:

60 Points = Hardy

60 Points = Elemental Defender

The Lord:

17 Points = Quick Recovery

THIEF

The Tower:

Warlord = 110 Points

Magician = 10 Points

The Lover:

Mooncalf = 47 Points

MAGE

The Ritual:

Mighty = 60 Points

Thaumaturge = 30 Points

Precise Strikes = 15 Points

Piercing = 15 Points

The Apprentice:

Blessed = 27

Elemental Expert = 20
