General Info
Gameplay is to provoke attacks on you to defile the opponent and reduce their healing ability. With champion points into befoul you should reach up to 90+% healing reduction on you opponent. Because of the defile your own personal burst does not have to be as powerful since they cannot heal themselves efficiently or effectively. I run with about 43k health, 23k magicka, and 12k stamina. With the health pool blazing shield becomes effective for both defense and offense, while the decent magicka pool provides self heals and offensive options. You are not a tank or a DPS, but this is effective vs 1v1 and 1vx. Run Malubeth for survivability, Blood Spawn for more burst with dawnbreaker, and Engine Guardian for sustain as all three procs will benefit gameplay no matter the situation.

Dirty, although all these tanky builds I feel are going to ruin the game. Still, if you can’t beat em might as well join em. I run this setup with another guy who runs a similar setup but I wear bone pirate and guard him while he wears troll king and is a DK. Together we are very very resilient.
