Gear and Item Set Info
This is going to be a very short build post; not as in depth as my other posts.
I want to mainly focus on presenting a solution to changes being made to the Champion System that is expected to occur when Morrowwind gets released. Supposedly. Nothing is absolute until I see it. However, supposedly the confirmed word on the street is that stamina and magicka cost reduction is going away. Yup. On top of that, recovery is going down to 16% from 25% with 100CP invested. So it seems sustain is going to take a big hit on the current meta which is tank dps because nearly everyone is running around in heavy armor and doing just as much damage as a light and medium armor build in PvP. That all just might change. Oh, and supposedly Tumbling will be split up; one for roll dodge, one for break free. Average future builds I think will have less health and less damage. Keep in mind when Zenimax nerfs one thing something else becomes too strong. We'll see what happens. That said, here's the build for the stamina nightblade.
5 Bone Pirate - Chest, Legs, Waist, Feet, Hands (medium set)
5 Marksman - Head/Shoulder, 3 jewelry, 2h on one bar, Bow on other bar
1 Kena - Head/Shoulder (heavy)
Here's where it get's a little expensive. All Prismatic Enchants on Armor. Magicka recovery is a bit low on this build. If you're a cloak or shade spammer, I recommend all prismatic. If not, at least enchant the head, chest, and legs with prismatic. Health and magicka goes down around 1k, stamina goes up around 1k. Go with what you think you can manage.
Traits, you want well-fitted and impen. I recommend at least 2 well-fitted. I've been playing with 4 well-fitted 3 impen and really like it.
Weapons are both sharpened, 2h of your choice as long as it is part of the Marksman set. Yes, it's a bow oriented set but the 5% stamina cost reduction applies to all your skills not just bow. Bow enchanted with weapon damage. Double health drain poison on 2h. All jewelry enchanted with weapon damage.
64 attribute points into Stamina. For provisioning, we are using the new drink 'Dubious Camoran Throne' which adds max health max stamina and stamina recovery. Paired with Bone Pirate, this is far superior than the Hulking set. It wouldn't surprise me if this set and drink combo becomes the new meta. So, start farming Blackheart Haven while you have time. Getting purple jewelry is a pain, but the armor pieces can easily be acquired on normal mode within a solid day of gaming. At least thats how it was for me. Maybe I just got lucky with my RNG drop. Don't be afraid to use blue jewelry while farming vet for the purple ones.
If you don't have undaunted maxed, it's not the end of the world. Even if you don't have it, I'd still rock out the one piece heavy just for extra health and resistance from the heavy armor passives.
The stat pools are where they are at with all legendary gear and CP600 because you get more stats the more cp points you invest. You can even acquire legendary marksman jewelry. Also, stage 4 vampire. Fully buffed out of stealth you get 3.4k weapon damage on bow, 3.7k on 2h. In stealth, 3.7k on bow, 4k on 2h. The stats I'd say are pretty impressive on this build. What about the recovery? Stamina recovery on this build is a whopping 2.8k! (factoring in only 16% recovery from cp system). That is insane along with the impressive stats we already have. Not to mention we have a total of 23% on stamina cost reduction due to medium armor passives and Marksman's 5th piece bonus. Your sustain is just ridiculous. You can dodge roll forever. And we still have high damage. Sick.
I'd say the only downside to this build is it doesn't leave room for a two piece monster set. However, the way I play I'm in and out quick and not in melee long enough to really benefit from most monster sets. An alternative would be to drop Marksman and replace with Agility jewelry and random 2h/bow so you have the option to run a complete monster set.
That's all I'll present for now because nothing is definite until it comes out. So I won't touch on CP and skills isn't really the focus of this post. I just wanted to present this combination of gear as a solution for expected changes on sustain coming in Morrowwind. Can you use this build now for the time being? Of course. Don't be that guy and still invest 100 into warlord and mooncalf with this build. That's just dirty.
