General Info
You must try and stay far from your apounents if they get near use bar 2 to protect and heal your self
I love the build currently making this exact thing with a couple changes, that is. I wouldn’t use Lava Whip on both bars because Destro Staff already has a great spammable for back-up bar and your generally gonna be ranged on that bar anyway. I would for sure use Structured Entropy or Degeneration (both morphed versions of Entropy) on that bar for the Major Spell Damage buff. Also I am going to use Shooting Star on the ranged bar because Standard of Might is gravy in PvP. I am also going to use 7 piece light armour because the only reason to go Magicka DK is for max damage and all light is going to maximize that, maybe you will have to add Anuulment or Magicka Harness in there to add some survivability. Note: This build is the only build in which I would use Shooting Star over Ice Comet because of the extra fire damage passives.
