General Info
This is a build fo funsies not for serious PVE or PVP.
1st bar is for DPS. Activate Relentless focus and charge a full heavy. When it crits, hit with poison injection and spam light attacks. you will gain an extra 1333 shock damage ever light attack and a 25% chance for an extra 8500 poison damage from light attacks while your poison is in effect. When you see the effect proc, launch your Spectral bow and repeat. Your Trap Beast and Shrouded Daggers over damage buffs and a little crowd control. Draining Shot offers a stun and a little heal. When things turn south, switch over and buff up and heal. Your Master's Bow will buff weapon damage on the target by 200 while Poison Injection is up and Master Sword Will heal you when you use Ransack.

Haha… Yeah defo for funsies, but I can see this working as a wall defence build in Cyrodiil. Provided you have buddies to help you when the enemy gets close. Also I would go with Lightweight Beast Trap for a castle defence build. It can be fun throwing them on the enemy as they try and siege. It has good potential for ranged burst. (You could potentially get the spectral, light attack proc and shrouded dagger to all hit at once.) This could amount to a 40k combo if you’re lucky.
