General Info
Slightly modified version of sypher's NB using magnum shot + bow dodge roll passive to get space to find good LOS to use cloak and power extraction for another damage buff
No surprise attack?
Great build, but i agree i would use surprise attack on first bar as your main dps instead of having dark cloak on both bar depending on how good you are at swaping
Looks like an interesting build however I would question the rational of putting both Power Extraction and Rally on the same bar. The general goal of both abilities is to get the Major Brutality buff and from what I’ve heard they don’t stack. Is there another reason why you would use either? Perhaps the healing from the Rally, could swap in Vigor from the Alliance Assault tree, or area damage from the Power Extraction, swap in Caltrops from same tree? Otherwise it might be a good idea to put another buff into one of those spots. Might replace Power Extraction with Surprise Attack for PVP and replace Wrecking Blow with Executioner as a good finisher.
why dark cloak the other morph let u get a crit after use plus when i play i feel like there are not many damage over time things to get rid of
