Gear and Item Set Info
This build is mainly for Group Dungeons, not so much Trials or Arenas, so most gear is ok.

Restoration Staff Torugs
The focus of gear is Magicka sustainability. For higher content Spell Damage might be needed more than just sustain.
General Info
Make sure you use food that increases at least Health and Magicka before doing a Dungeon if needed. You can use potions when needed in combat to boost Magicka. Make sure you roll dodge where needed and block any big attacks.
Blazing Spear is good to help the tank with Stamina.
Rapid Regen is good to use before and during the battle to help sustain Health.
Breath of Life is expensive but heals in a burst mainly for a single target.
Inner Light helps Magicka and Spell Crit.
Reflective Light helps damage a bit and also Spell Crit. This can be switched for another ability if needed.
Ritual of Retribution should be always on the ground as with the Templar passive your healing is increased by 25% when standing in the circle!
Champion Point Tips
Aim for anything which reduces Magcka costs, increases Spell Crit and increases healing done.
