1 dagger main hand nirnhoned, 1 dagger off-hand precise > both absorb stamina enchantment 

1 bow precise back bar > choice of damage enchantment 

General Info

main issue is stamina regen, and it's a "grinding for the BEST gear" build, since unless you get CPs all very fine tuned towards crit, dmg, and heal, it won't be a veteran build. 

Champion Point Tips

as said: stam regen if possible. crit, dmg and heal are very important if going solo PvE
