Helmet of Sentinel of Rkugamz - Infused (Tri-stat Glyph)
I'm all about that cost reduction, and the helmet of Rkugamz gives me a nice 2% increase to all healing (Which is nice!)
I run tri-stat glyphs on all major pieces of armour for a little extra health and stam and Undaunted Mettle for an extra 2% on all stats which is nice as well =^D
General Info
I start combat with Shards -> Wall of Elements -> Switch Bars -> Ritual of Retribution -> Rapid Regen -> Switch Bars -> Spam out Puncturing Sweep until AoE's are done -> reapply AoE's & Rapid Regen -> Rince & Repeat!
I use repentance and ritual of retribution as my 2 major sources of healing, Repentance is used whenever a new corpse or two makes it self available (Stam toons will ove you for this!) and the RoR is great for its huge area and does a little DPS which is always handy!
If things get hairy (Normally boss fights, I don't have a problem with mobs) I can switch to my resto staff bar and heal through, between healing springs, breath of life and remembrance all while keep restoring focus up all the time things turn out ok!
As for food and potions, I use bi-stat food (Health & Mag) and I find the normal looted potions are just fine for me =^) I can make potions I just cant be bothered =^P
I work on the "Play what feels fun" philosophy and I have a lot of fun playing this build and is my main toon that is for sure! I feel that the DPS bar is not overly DPSy but it gives the group a nice little boost in DPS but not at the cost of a full healing line and the healing bar allows me to take a step back from the action if I want but still be a part of the action!
