Gear and Item Set Info
PvE: for this build you want to go with the Draugr's Rest set light armor set from Faulkreath Hold dungeon. This set gives bonuses to max magic, healing done and magic recovery with the 5 piece bonuses that it heals nearby allies for an additional 11k over 10 seconds when you heavy attack an enemy. This affect has some benefits to mobile targets but has the greatest benefit to the tank against a stationary target. For monster sets I use the Nightflame set from Elden Hollow 2 because it provides extra healing to nearby allies.
General Info
Always use food that increase max magic and health. No potions required.
Your play style is to always stay next to or at least in close proximity to an ally but never near a mob. Always heavy attack enemies so that your armor set effect will proc and as you heal others your monster set effect will also proc. Sometimes as your 5 piece effect proc your monster set procs at the same time meaning less to do and more resources to use incase of emergency.
Champion Point Tips
Put a majority of you cp into healing done, magic recovery, health recovery, light armor focus and damage shield( I believe that's bastion in the warrior tree)
Im new to this game where should i put my skill points passive abilities wise?
