This build is for the new Upcoming Racial Balance Changes for Update 21

I've been wanting to create a hybrid build for the longest time. Now with the new update coming, this is my first iteration of making one. We'll see how it goes!
Champion Point Tips
I would balance out the CP evenly in applicable fields.
As this is a DOT build focus will be on Thaumaturge, Piercing and Spell Erosion.
After review… I am going to change the armor set…
Aiming to acquire:
Curse of Doylemish
2 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(3 items) Adds 1206 Max Health
(4 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage
(4 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage
(5 items) When you hit a taunted monster with a fully-charged Melee Heavy Attack or any enemy that is stunned or immobilized with a fully-charged Melee Heavy Attack, you deal an additional 12040 Physical Damage. This effect can occur once every 7 seconds.
Crafting:

(4 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery and Stamina Recovery
(5 items) Adds 2000 Maximum Magicka and Maximum Stamina.

(2 items) When you use an Ultimate ability, you gain Weapon Damage and Spell Damage for 10 seconds equal to twice the amount of total Ultimate consumed.
Also going to remove Igneous Weapons and move Burning Talons over to Bar 2 in it’s place… and adding Shrouded Dagger (dual wield skill) as an added spamable attack. (I will get Major Sorcery from Degeneration and Major Brutality from Shrouded Dagger, so no need for Igneous Weapons.)
