This is my Battle Priest Build that is strictly for PvP. You can heal random vet dungeons with it, however anything higher will be too taxing.
The Idea behind this build is to give you enough mitigation to be on the front line healing. Do not play this style if you don't want multiple people beatin gon you.
This build centers around Rememberance. Rememberance is your 4 second channeled Ultimate that will cost 120 Ult. Super cheap. It heals for close to 28k over 4 seconds while providing 23% mitigtion to anyone in the area of effect. This mitigation will ignore resistance hard caps.
Typically: 2 to 3 Rapid regens while moving to combat > Ritual of Ret > Entropy > BAR SWAP > CHanneled Focus > Radiant Aura > BoL as needed. It is very important that you keep Channeled Focus and Radiant Aura constatly up, as this boosts your magicka regen by 240 and 20% respectively. Fully buffed my Magicka regen is close to 2300. That is a lot of spell spamability.
You'll use Blzing spear for damage nd stun, and rdiant oppression as your execute. Conbined with Entropy, you can output some serious damage with Spear and Radiant Oppression. It will be very difficult for someone to 1v1 you. Ice Commet is icing on the cake for your damage, though typically you should be hitting rememberance as needed is an actualy group fight.
Remember to keep at least two casts of Rapid regen up and your ritual of Ret down as much as you can, as your Maelstrom staff will return Magicka to you with HoT criticals.As well, you'll be giving anyone you heal a 1300 crit resist boost from your transmutation set. The Transmutation set bonus plus your inpenatrable gear will hard cap you on crit resist, making you very tanky. As well, I have 29k Spell resist and 24k Phys resist. Not too shabby.
Champion Point Tips
I play in Azura's Star, so no champ points allowed.
However, split your red pionts into mitigtion and self healing, blue pionts into Bonus healing and Spell critical, and green pionts into recoveries (Both stam and magicka) as well as reduced cost.
