General Info

Lay down Caltrops and Rearming Trap, buff up with Deadly Cloak, Double Take and then Relentless focus.

Mix in Heavy Attacks with Surprise Attacks for main dps, throw in Incap Strike after a successful Mass Hysteria.

Blood Craze and resolving vigor are there for a constant heal.

Make sure your set config is 5 piece heavy for survivability.

Alternate skills: Killer's Blade (Replace Deadly Cloak with Relentless Focus and put Killer's Blade on first bar.)

You can switch Mass Hysteria for Camo Hunter for PVE, this will add crit chance and weapon damage due to FG passives. You can also swap Rearming Trap and Relentless focus if you want more weapon damage, but it can be easy to forget to swap when Assassin's Will procs.

Strengths: High PVP Burst damage and fair PVE DPS (not optimal).

Weakness: Not as many heals, but Heavy Armor plus fear and immob should help with this. Just remember to keep Blood Craze and Resolving Vigor ticking.

Low Stamina Recovery, somewhat mitigated by mixing in Heavy Attacks with Surprise Attacks.

You can change race for Redguard, Khajiit or Bosmer if the stamina recovery is an issue, but at the sacrifice of Health and Max Stamina.

This is my armor set up: 3 Dreugh King Jewellery (Health Boost), 2 Piece Dreugh King Heavy Armor, 2 Piece Kragh Heavy, 1 Piece Hunding's Heavy, 1 Piece Hunding's Light, 1 Piece Hunding's Medium, 2 Hunding's Daggers Sharpened.

Switch Hunding's for Automoton for more damage on your skills at the sacrifice of crit chance.

Red: Hardy, Elemental Defence, Spell Shield and Resistant.

Green: Mooncalf, Warlord, Tenacity, Tumbling.

I messed up with second bar ultimate – forgot to put one in as I never use it.
Rend is a good choice as it does decent damage and heals for a lot too.
