Gear and Item Set Info
-Sithis/Night Mother's Gaze dagger/sword. Increased penetration trait. Weapon damage enchantment. I prefer Sithis as it gets us up to the 4 pieces needed for increased crit.
-Night Mother's Gaze dagger/sword. Increased penetration trait.
I don't have Maelstrom yet, but if you do and want to use it, swap out our Pauldrons and Chest of Night Mother's for Sithis, or possibly Lekis. Sithis for crit and survivability.
-Night Mother's Gaze maul preferabley. Trait is up to you, your armor penetration is already absurd. Maybe go precise?
-Night Mother's Gaze. Penetration trait. I don't use bows that much but if you want to go that route use Night Mother's or Maelstrom. Poison enchantment.
Head: Spriggans. Divines trait. Stamina enchantment.
Chest: Night Mother's Gaze. Impenetrable/divines. Impenetrable for more survivibility. Stamina enchantment.
Shoulders: Night Mother's Gaze. Impenetrable/divines. Stamina enchantment.
Arms: Spriggans. Divines trait. Stamina enchantment.
Belt: Spriggans. Divines trait. Stamina enchantment.
Legs: Spriggans. Divines/impenetrable trait. Stamina enchantment.
Feet: Sithis. Yes, Sithis. Will increase crit and survivibility. Divines trait. Stamina enchantment.
Necklace: Spriggans. Last piece we need for all pieces of Spriggans set. Now you will be able to penetrate enemy armor with east. Weapon damage enchantment. Stamina.
Rings: Both Sithis. Also put weapon damage enchantments on both. Stamina
So what we have here when we are all done are 5 Spriggans pieces, 4 Sithis, and 3/2 Night Mothers Gaze, depending on if you have 2H equipped.
Race: it is really up to you, but I was planning on being a vampire so I went with a Dunmer to counteract the increased damage taken from fire. If you don't plan on being a vampire, go Khajiit.
Mundus stone: There's more than one option here as well. I would go with Shadow or Warrior. I wouldn't use Thief because of the already pretty large increased critical strike chance from this build but it's all up to you.
Potions: I would have stamina potions on standby incase you need more while killing the target. Brutality potions to stack damage buffs.
Food: Tri-Stat or some sort of stamina regen.
There are multiple ways you can go about killing your target. Here's how it should usually go down.
1) Getting buffs ready. Shadowy Disguise. Swap to your other weapon and cast Grim Focus (and Rally if you are running 2H).
2) Engaging the target. Use Flying Blade first, then Ambush.
3) Getting the kill. Stealth again. Use Incapacitating Strike, then use Suprise attack. Or the other way around. They should be pretty close to dead. Spam Killer's Blade.
