44 points in Magicka - 20 in HP - 10 in Stam 

5 x Shacklebreaker (5 body) 

(2 items) Adds 129 Weapon Damage

(3 items) Adds 129 Spell Damage

(4 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery and Stamina Recovery

(5 items) Adds 2000 Max Magicka and Max Stamina.

5 x Bloodthorn's Touch (3 Jewelry, 2 Armor)

(4 items) Adds 129 Magicka Recovery

(5 items) When you deal direct damage, you restore 660 Magicka and Stamina. This effect can occur once every 5 seconds.

I run 4 x Impen and the rest Divines with a max of Stam and Magicka glyphs but this is up to you. 

2 x Agility Sharpened 1H with whatever glyph you want. I run absorb Health.

1 x Nirnhoned Flame staff with Flame glyph. You can also run lightning if you wish. 

Mundus is really up to you but I'd recommend Lover or Mage 

You can flex Bloodthorn with Willpower jewelry and run a Monster set if you want. I chose to not run a Monster set because I wanted to get better without using a proc set of any kind. Just a challenge to myself. I'd probably run Skoria because I personally like it or Selene's is still great. 

General Info

Warning: make use of NB passives for HP sustain and Swallow Soul. You can flex in Vigor if you want. Stealth is your friend with this build. 

Basic PvP rotations apply: self-buff, enemy de-buff, attack and execute. 

Piercing Mark - debuff

Relentless Focus - buff

Ambush - attack

Concealed Weapon - attack

Weave in light and heavy to proc Spectral Bow for Relentless Focus

Incap Strike Ult is cheap so weave this in after Ambush 

If they are not already dead you can bar swap; Mass Hysteria, light attack Impale 

The rotation can be modified in lots of ways with NB skills since there are many good ones and the backbar is good for Keep defense or small group ranged offense.  

You can also swap in some Stam skills like Rapid Strikes etc. to get some use out of the bigger than normal stam pool on this type of build. It's also nice to have more Roll-dodge if needed in sticky situations. 

Champion Point Tips

I recommend using Alcast's or Sypher's CP setup or whatever works for your play style. 

I actually prefer playing in non CP campaigns so you can actually kill people and not have a bunch of min-max DKs running around that can't be killed and think they are gods. 

Do not PVE with this setup, it sucks ass but you can do it if needed.
