This build is meant for pvp, and is extremely effective in group play, with good success in a 1v1. Not recommended for 1vX, but manageable if played smart.

If you feel like you need. even more damage, switch out for valkyn. I personally play a lot of 1vX (or attempt to…) so bloodspawn adds much needed tankiness and ult gen. With crescent sweep costing 72 ultimate, bloodspawn makes it a near constant use.
