Gear and Item Set Info

On this one I am using pirate skeleton,or bloodspawn, 5 vampire cloak, and 5 seducer

instead of seducer could run other magic sustain sets but don't get rid of the first two.

Use frothgar food or potent brew (If you run potent brew sustain will be slightly lower but a little more damage)

take the thief for healing from power surge

Potions either tri stat (To take full advantage of argonian passive)

or straight magic potions.

could swap reverberating bash for any skill you like like dark conversion but it just needed a healing debuff for pvp

could also swap heroic slash for invigorating drain for less stamina usage

tri stat glyphs prefered but not required for sucess 

General Info

You would run this one more like a traditional sorc although when the pirate skeleton procs it did get a bit hard to heal in the normal sense so I took on power surge and took the thief stone this gives a little more damage along with the extra attack on this one. I did alot of impen armor with 2 divines as an exception but if you don't pvp you could do more divines and maybe reinforced or infused.  Recently I tried bloodspawn and got good results also I swapped dark conversion for reverberating bash and swapped invigorating drain for heroic slash because the drain left me vunerable for too long. For pve you could swap daedric minefield for encase or proxy det.

Champion Point Tips

Put alot into bastion and magic regen and cost reduction, I went ahead and put a little in elfborn too. Also use the damage reduction pionts like elemental defender etc. I do put alot into elemental expert for just a little damage since I do play pvp quite often.
