Back Bar, bull netch x1, ice fortress x1, bird of prey x1, endless hail x1.

Front Bar, forward momentum x1, subterranean assult x1, light attacks, executioner, (maybe another subterranean assult)

If low on health use arctic blast

After ten seconds on front bar switch to back bar and buff up. If someone is closing in on you, use draining shot. You get some health back and the ability to regen stamina. If you are in mainly 1v1's, switch executioner with maybe dizzying blow. If you want to have a more offensive front bar, switch arctic blast with another spammable attack such as cutting dive. Put arctic blast on the back bar instead of draining shot.
