Gear and Item Set Info
I will keep the gear breakdown short and to the point please note that all justification will we explained within the next section.
5: Law of Julianos: This will include a Heavy Chest, Medium Shoulders and both Destro and Resto. As well as the Light Belt and Light Legs. Both Chest and Legs infused. Both Belt and Shoulders divine. Both Destro and Resto Nirnhoned.
5. War Maiden. Gloves, Boots, Rings and Neck. Gloves and Boots divine. Jewelry with + Spell Power, all 3.
1. Monster set of your choice I prefer an Infused Kena helm Light.
Food: Witch Mothers Brew
Mundus: Your Choice but best bets are Atronach, Apprentice or Thief. I prefer Apprentice since my crit chance is already 50%. Increasing crit and non crit damage alike since crit is worthless vs damage shields. And a large majority of Magic based players run with some form of damage shield it's a good all around choice.
Pots: You'll want crafted Magic restore/regen pots, or the PVP blue pots work just fine. And the Unstopable/Stam/Movement speed pots. (Columbine, Namiras Rot, Blessed Thistle).
General Info
This particular PVP setup is all about getting that quick kill vs an unsuspecting target, and disappearing before anyone realized you were even there. Pick your next target and repeat when your ready and only on your terms. Regen is an non issue as long as you can get that kill in literally a few seconds and disappear. That means picking your targets carefully or when they are at they're weakest.
Belive it or not but your easiest prey are... other nightblades or anyone with 25-27k hp. But you must pay attention to whom your going to target, don't bother trying to gank a tank, unless he's alone and only for the purpose of being a nuisance, and perhaps luring he's squishy friends to his location to pick them off.
Basic rotation from hard stealth with Soul Assault ready: Buff up with Merciless (bar swap) Heavy attack, and Cripple him, once the Heavy hits and stuns quickly (bar swap) Mark him and Entropy (bar swap) Soul Assault. Is sounds like a lot but with practice it's as easy as breathing. And nearly impossible to survive, if you can pull off all above and start Soul Assaulting within 2-3 seconds.
If you do not have Soul Assault ready: Light attack weave with Swallow Soul while every 6 seconds Destro Reach then Cripple Grasp to apply dots Cloak and fire Merceiless Spectral Arrow when possiable, all the while mixing in Cloaks to avoid his attacks and shield up. It won't take long to get your Soul Assault up, just right before you do pop a potion to regain your magic back and gain major sorcery as well as gain the 20 ultimate need for SA. Fire SA right after you Reach and Cripple if he's below 60% HP to quickly finish him off.
Champion Point Tips
This is totally up to you.
