Gear and Item Set Info
Currently I am running 4x martial knowledge 3x magnus 2x torugs 3x willpower (not optimal but gets it down while im finishing gearing up)
Once im done gearing up i will be running (without kena)
5x kagrenacs hope, 4x magnus (infused on big pieces, divines on small pieces) (swords are sharpened, resto is precise)
3x willpower (all arcane and spell dmg)
General Info
this is just the standard sorc build that everyone uses. But i run overload unlike most players. I actually rarely use it as an attack I use the extra bar for extra utility. Im going to go over the skills i use and what situations i use them for.
So mostly i use overload to escape when highly out numbered. So first skill is streak. There is nothing in this game that can put distance between you and your opponent like streak. Next up is boundless storm, the speed boost great for getting away. Also since you dont have a heal while is overload the extra resistance is noticeable. The third ability is hardened ward. This is gonna be your main defense while in overload. The next skill slot i swap between rapid maneuvers and shuffle. Basically when im riding my horse i use rapids. I use shuffle in the sewers or if i know im about to get into a fight. If you are trying run away from a zerg the snare immunity is a life saver and the dodge chance is pretty awesome too. Mix the snare immunity from shuffle, speed buff from boundless, and streak with an immovable potion no one will be able to catch you. So last but not least is defensive rune. So first, it has a 1.2 minute duration so you can activate it way before fights and still get use out of it. But my favorite thing about this ability is since it stuns your opponent when they attack you. If you use this before you get on your horse you dont have to worry about gankers at all. It gives you that time to recover and have a fair chance in the fight.
Champion Point Tips
Most important to put cp into. Bastion, arcanist and elemental expert. Aim for 100 in those. Magician is pretty important too but you only wanna put like 25-35 into it because of diminishing results.
