General Info

This build allow you to have a very high magicka recovery also using the tristat food (I run with 2.9/3.0k with continuous attack bonus in pvp) and have a pretty good spell damage with continuous attack and especially with the spell cure bonus.

For the mundus use the atronach.

This is a perfect build to use in a small scaled group and basically you become a buffing machine.

Use in rotation combat prayer,active the spell cure bonus and spam aggressive horn.

Your group will be OP with insane stats and an insane dps.

BLUE SIDE : thaumaturge - elemental expert basically 

GREEN SIDE : arcanist - magician all

RED SIDE : combine CP between resistance and especially critical hit resistance.
