General Info
Since I don't normally use Bosmer for dps, this one was a bit of a struggle to build, but with Dubious Camoran and the bosmer passives you will have enough regen to overcome not being able to heavy attack as well as with dual wield.
I suggest the lover mundus for penetration to keep the damage up, but warrior gets similar results.
The only other race i'd suggest for this setup would be redguard because of sustaining issues the build has, but other than that the damage is there.

The only thing I’d change is putting Shadowy Disguise in somewhere for the extra critical damage. 🙂
I’m glad to hear that! The build was originally meant for pve dps but it could absolutely be used for pvp. If you want a stealth crit, replace Camouflaged Hunter with Shadowy disguise. Camouflaged hunter gives a bonus from stealth that Relentless focus already grants, but I had it there for crit and weapon damage bonus.
