Gear and Item Set Info

2 Piece Blood Spawn / Infused Head / Sturdy or Divines Shoulder  (Prismatic Enchants)

5 Piece Ebon / Infused Chest and Legs / Divines or Sturdy Feet Hands and Waist (Prismatic Enchants)

5 Piece Knightmare / 3 Healthy Jewelry (Block Cost Reduction Enchants) / 2  Defending Swords (Crusher Enchant) and 2 Reinforced Shields (Prismatic Enchant)

This is kinda a filler setup until I get my alkosh set then the knightmare will be replaced with alkosh

There are a couple of good crafted alternatives if your still farming knightmare and alkosh ebon is the cornerstone so make sure that is your first farm trial groups go gaga over a tank with red balls. Just don't use ebon weapons or shields due to a persistant bug when switching weapons you lose the buff. I would run ebon jewelry and two pieces of armor then craft up a set of either Tavas Favor (Great for Ulti Building) or Hist Bark (Love the Block Dodge) keep the same traits and enchants as above. So it would be...

2 Piece Blood Spawn / Infused Head / Sturdy or Divines Shoulder  (Prismatic Enchants)

5 Piece Ebon / 3 Healthy Jewelry (Block Cost Reduction Enchants) / Divines or Sturdy Feet and Waist (Prismatic Enchant) this could be any two armor pieces whichever you have

5 Piece Tavas or Hist Bark / 2  Defending Swords (Crusher Enchant) and 2 Reinforced Shields (Prismatic Enchant) / Divines or Sturdy Chest Legs and Hands or whichever 3 you didn't use for the Ebon set (Prismatic Defence

General Info

PASSIVES:

Take all the class passives / All the Sword and Shield Passives / All the Heavy Armor Passives / All the Undaunted Passives.

After that the rest is up to you

FOOD - Tri-Stat Purple CP 150 Food

POTIONS - Tri Potions (Use only if necessary) Mostly use Cheap Stam Potions

MUNDUS STONE - Personal Choice although I reccomend either the Steed for health recovery or the Ritual for more self heals

This build is fairly strong and can handle much punnishment. You have 2 shields for oh crap moments also you have a HoT and a burst heal. Now it isn't a Block Knight so just watch your stamina while blocking and use your shields once in a while to take the heat off your stamina weave some heavy attacks in and ask for shards if needed and you should be fine.

BoL is my life saver which is why it is on my main bar but vigor is great for those sitations where you just want to give the healer that little extra help. Echoing Vigor covers a 15 meter radius which will encompass most of the melee and take some of the heat off the healers. But then that is how I play this build you could certainly replace vigor on the back bar with whatever else you feel suits your group better. That is the beauty of ESO you can take it and make it your own.

I really liked your build, until i got to the CP, lile you said to each there own and if that is what works for you great, however i’m just not sure why a tank would not put somenpoints into a few of the health recovery, stam recovery, and perhaps even magika recovery. Again to each there own, but other than that i really ejoyed reading your build idea.
