General Info

This build is just dirty. 

~4k Weapon Damage buffed with and 2h and ~3.3k Weapon Damage buffed (and in sneak) with a Bow

~50% crit with bow and ~35% crit with 2h

~1850 Stamina Recovery (with potion) and ~1550 base

Great damage, great sustain.

It's common sense with the set bonuses how it works:

Start with a  Shadowy Disguise for a guaranteed crit shot with Lethal Arrow to trigger a massive d.o.t and a 100% h.o.t from Vicecannon set bonus, Poison Injection loads on more d.o.t pressure then get in their face with an ambush to start debuffing them with major defile from the ward of cyrodiil set bonus, and there goes their healing, then weaken their resistance with surprise attack's major fracture, make them look silly and panic with mass hystaria also applying minor maim so they are weak sauce, rinse repeat if you have to before you finish them off with an executioner, if they're squishy you'll still be healing from the vicecannon set and probably not even be below 85% health. The only downside is obviously tanky tanks with high resistance. But this build can still play a great long game if you can't down them quick.

I really enjoy this build and am surprised I haven't seen it anywhere else.
